Shipping
Orders will be processed within 7 days of placement and will take approximately 3 – 6 business days to arrive for orders within Australia and 10 – 20 days internationally.
We currently post internationally to Aotearoa New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and other select countries within Asia and the Pacific region. However, we plan on expanding our list of destination countries soon.
Please note: shipping costs are set by Australia Post and international shipping can be unkind to your budget, especially if ordering in bulk. We encourage you, wherever possible, to have your order shipped to an Australian address while we work on more budget-friendly postage solutions.
Returns
We do not offer exchanges or refunds, unless the product is faulty or damaged. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us via our contact us form within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.

You are responsible for all use of our website made by you or anyone else using your ID. You are responsible for preventing unauthorised use of your ID. If you believe there has been a breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or payment information, you must please notify us immediately.
